Job Title: Motorbike delivery and collection Driver

Due to our continued growth, we currently have vacancies for delivery and collection drivers to work for our Accident Management Company based in Frome. We are looking for professional and enthusiastic drivers with excellent customer service skills to work in our fast-paced environment. In addition to competitive rates of pay, the Company also offers a safe and clean working environment and the opportunity to drive a wide range of cars and vans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivery and collection of hire vehicles from locations around the South West, as well as transfers between national depots
• Court, medical and legal runs
• Ensuring all customer paperwork is completed to a high standard
• Daily vehicle check of van/motorcycles/runner vehicles
• Driving safely to deliver/collect or swap hire vehicles
• Ensuring accurate completion of all rental documents
• Performing a vehicle damage check on all vehicles
• Completing a daily timesheet, logging all movements and times, throughout the day
• Taking photos of client documents if necessary and downloading within 48 hours
• Completing a driver checklist on all new hires, swaps and collections
• To Provide exceptional customer service (TCF)
• Ensuring appropriate PPE is worn whilst moving vehicles and on site.
• Loading and unloading motorcycles safely and ensuring they are strapped correctly to avoid movement or damage.
• Transporting vehicles to and from dealerships or body shops where necessary
• Supporting our client understand the paperwork and the paperwork process
• Completing theft report forms and accident report forms
• Completing the points above in compliance with the FCA

About you:

• You must have great attention to detail, and always strive to deliver everything to a high standard
• You’re a team player with excellent time keeping skills, professional and reliable
• You have strong communication skills, including excellent customer service abilities and are always friendly and approachable

About You:

· FULL CLEAN UK Driving Car Licence

· Motorcycle Licence/CBT.

· Flexible to work when required

· Pleasant, cheerful manner

· Excellent customer service skills / customer focused.
