Working Pattern:
Week 1 – Monday – Friday 07h00 – 16h00
Week 2: Monday Tuesday Wednesday Saturday & Sunday 08h00 – 17h00
Week 3: Monday Thursday Friday Saturday & Sunday 09h00 – 18h00

Week 4 – Tuesday Wednesday Thursday & Friday 09h00 – 18h00



 
 
                               
 
Direct Accident was formed in 1996 to assist clients who had been involved in road traffic accidents caused by another party. In that time, we have helped thousands of clients by taking away the worry and inconvenience that inevitably result from an accident caused by somebody else.
 
We are currently recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join us in Potters Bar. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about the work they do, the service they provide and getting the best results for their clients.
 
A Depot Fleet Administrator is responsible for ensuring a smooth running of the Depot Fleet Administration.  Supporting the Hire Hub, ensuring all documents are processed in a timely manner and kept secure and filed away.  All relevant system and document checks are completed accurately.
Maximising fleet availability through effective coordination of all depot level vehicle processes,
ensuring that defects are managed and rectified in line with business KPI’s.

Responsibilities to include:
Managing the daily internal post via courier to head office.
Checking all hire agreements have been completed accurately and all signatures have been obtained.  Reporting and querying anomalies with the Team leader
Accurately checking, downloading ID’s, processing, photocopying, scanning, and filing of Hire Agreements and compliance documents
Fuel Management, crosschecking fuel receipts with fuel invoices
Raising purchase orders on FuseMetrix
Fleet & Accessories reconciliation/updating vehicle status FuseMetrix
Booking vehicles into dealer/ body shop/tyre repairs
Obtaining daily Vehicle off road updates from Dealership/Bodyshop
Compiling vehicle check sheets
 
 
About You:
 
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Fantastic administration skills
Ability to multitask on a variety of projects at one time
Excellent Excel and Microsoft experience required
